The location was magnificent and perfect, just off the centre, the Mamba Cafe and restaurant, and the center of town. Double room was functional and new-fashioned with a great air conditioning. The workers were accommodating and exceptionally nice.

Located in a central area, near the Nommo Gallery, in an entertainment district.

Food and views made the stay good. We got room with a bath. 20 minutes' walk to the bus stop.

The location in a green residential suburb close to the Central Business District provided us with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently situated near the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore all that this vibrant destination has to offer. We were delighted to discover that the hotel is located right by an open-sided restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals with stunning views of the lake.

We would definitely go back to Urban By Cityblue Kampala if we come to Kampala again. The place is absolutely deluxe, with impeccably clean rooms and a great location. We loved the beautiful view from our window overlooking the garden. On top of that, they also offer on-site free parking.

Decent Amenities and Friendly Staff the amenities were decent and the staff was friendly. They offered two drinks vouchers as a complement and the location was pretty central. the pool area was quite lively on the weekend and there were a lot of events happening. the hotel restaurant offered good food, especially their chef's specials.

Noisy and Overpriced the hotel was quite noisy during the weekends. There were multiple events happening in the pool area which could be annoying and there was no option to change the room as all were booked.

Comfortable room with modern decor and a great shower. The courtyard dining area and pool at Urban By Cityblue added to the enjoyable ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
